Adama Traore has joined Barcelona until the end of the season.

The Spaniard will be playing for Barcelona until the season and the club has a clause to make the deal permanent at €30million.

Traore is a product of La Masia academy and made his first-team debut back in 2013 for the Blaugrana.

The 26-year old needs to prove whether he could beneficial for the Catalan giants in the long run.

“What he has asked of the wingers…to demonstrate my talent, one on one, overlap, unbalance, try to score goals, and various things that he asks of us,” said Traore in his introductory press conference.

“What’s most important is to be competitive independent of the rival, to win and go with everything.”

President Joan Laporta welcomed him on his presentation day.

“Today is a very special day. You were born and learnt a lot here and you have continued your professional career elsewhere but now you are back at Barça so we can enjoy your talent. We are grateful for the effort you have made to come here and we are looking forward to you making your first appearance with the number 11. Today a nice story continues: Adama and FC Barcelona.”
