Aston Villa are interested in signing Barcelona winger Raphinha ahead of the deadline day. The Villians will compete in the Champions League this season and they want a solid player in the attack.
Aston Villa invested a lo in the summer transfer window. They have signed players like Ian Maatsen, Ross Barkley, Amadou Onana, Cameron Archer, Jaden Philogene and Enzo Barrenechea.
Unai Emery is keen to bring in further reinforcements before Friday’s deadline. They have been linked with the Brazilian winger who will see his contract expire in the summer of 2027.
Raphinha has previusly claimed that he will stay at Camp Nou. He wants to remain part of Barcelona squad for the 2024-25 season. Premier League giants hold an interest in the talented attacker.
Accoridng to Fichajes, Aston Villa are planning to make a move before the deadline day. Moussa Diaby already left for Al-Ittihad earlier this summer. Meanwhile, it would be tough for Villa to sign Raphinha from Barcelona.
