Both Frenkie de Jong and Memphis Depay have suffered hamstring injuries.
The Dutch duo played a part in the Netherlands 2-0 win over Poland but was withdrawn at half-time.
This would be a huge blow for Barca manager Xavi who has started him in the club’s last two La Liga games.
Memphis Depay seems to be out of favour this season and has been on the bench mostly this campaign.
The club has carried tests on Monday afternoon and revealed hamstring issues for both the players.
