Barcelona Get Injury Boost As Suarez Might Be Back Sooner Than Expected

Barcelona striker Luis Suarez might come back to the pitch even before when fans would have thought.

After the win against Real Betis, Barcelona rose up to the top spot in La Liga again – and ever since, things have been looking great for Luis Suarez. Before, he was earlier supposed to be out for the entire season – but now there’s an injury boost. He might even come in by this May!

According to Football-Espana,, he is already able to hobble around and sprint on his injured knee. Which means that it won’t be long before he will be running on the pitch too. He can even work with the ball quite a bit now, so some say that he might even be back around mid-April. 

However, Suarez often makes the mistake of returning from an injury a bit too early. He is always been determined to get on the playing field as soon as possible – sometimes not even recovering fully – which can cause to stay off the pitch for a longer time than originally required. 

The Barca squad is currently being led by Leo Messi. Having Suarez back would definitely let the pressure off Messi to perform.
