Barcelona lining up a move for Wilfried Zaha as a replacement for Ferran Torres

Xavi has been wise to identify Wilfried Zaha as a possible replacement for Ferran Torres.

Barcelona had a brilliant summer window as they picked some good players despite financial issues. Now, they are eyeing a strong transfer window in winter to boost their squad.

According to a fresh report from Daily Mail, it was added that Barcelona are lining up a move for Wilfried Zaha of Crystal Palace as a replacement for Ferran Torres. Torres has been out of favor at Camp Nou.

It is added that the Catalan giants could make a move for Zaha if they successfully sell Torres this January. Zaha has entered into the final months of his contract at Selhurst Park.

Zaha is having an excellent season at Crystal Palace. The Ivory Coast international has produced some great displays down the left flank of the attacking third. Crystal Palace star has netted six goals and provided two assists over 15 appearances in the Premier League this season.

The 30-year-old remains an attacking threat inside the penalty box as he can find the back of the net with ease, remaining calm and composed when isolated against the opponent’s shot-stopper.

Xavi has been wise to identify him as a possible replacement for Ferran Torres. Torres’ contract is set to expire at the end of this season.
