Gavi had a cautious course of therapy for five weeks following his August knee injury. However, he was forced to have surgery after showing no signs of progress, which kept him out of action for an additional five months. But for the past two weeks, Gavi has resumed practising among his teammates, and he may make a comeback this weekend at Barcelona’s home match, MD revealed.
According to their knowledge, as he recovers to full fitness, the medical team believes he is ready to play again, even if it’s just for a short while. Although Flick hasn’t made up his mind yet, he will probably determine whether or not to utilise him. Despite being on the bench against Newcastle United on Tuesday, Gavi was not given the all-clear to play.

Flick’s right knee started to hurt as it appeared like he was getting a crucial piece back. The midfield player had arthroscopic surgery on his inner meniscus following conservative therapy.
