Barcelona midfielder's agent dismisses exit rumours

Franck Kessie is struggling for game time at Barcelona.

According to reports, the Ivory Coast midfielder wants a move out of Camp Nou this January.

It is to believed that the midfielder who arrived at Barcelona on a free transfer this summer wants a return to Italy in order to play regularly.

He started only four times for the Catalan giants, twice in the Champions League and twice in La Liga.

The midfielder is dejected with his current situation at Camp Nou and is exploring the possibility of a departure this January.

“They are fake news, totally false,” he said. “Kessie is very happy at Barça. He’s only been at the club for a few months and is still in the process of adapting to the team and the Barça style of play, which is different from other clubs, and, therefore, it takes time.

“Kessie will continue working to earn a place in the team. He is not a player who gives up easily. He had other offers in the summer and bet heavily on Barça.”
