Barcelona may be willing to part ways with midfielder Dani Olmo before the transfer window closes, according to recent reports.

Transfer Shock: Barcelona Willing to Offload Dani Olmo This Summer

The club is reportedly open to listening to offers for the Spanish international, as manager Hansi Flick may not see him as a key part of his plans for the upcoming season.

Olmo, who joined Barca last season, still has a long-term contract running until 2030, putting the club in a strong position to demand a significant fee.

Reports suggest that a bid of around €60 million could convince Barcelona to sell, especially given the financial benefits of such a move.

Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur, along with clubs from Saudi Arabia, have shown interest in the 27-year-old.

A substantial offer from either could accelerate negotiations. However, with the transfer window nearing its end, a deal may be difficult to finalize at this stage.

Injuries have also played a role in Barcelona’s reported willingness to sell. Flick prefers reliable, physically fit players, and Olmo’s recurring fitness issues may have influenced the decision.

Additionally, the rise of young talents like Fermin Lopez and Gavi, as well as Raphinha’s versatility, reduces Olmo’s chances of regular playing time.

Despite the rumors, a late exit seems unlikely unless a major bid arrives. Barcelona values Olmo’s talent, but if the right offer comes, the club could be tempted to cash in.

For now, the midfielder’s future remains uncertain as the transfer deadline approaches.
