Barcelona are reportedly preparing a mega deal in the summer to land Lautaro Martinez.
The Catalan giants are desperate for a striker and have identified Lautaro Martinez as their marquee summer signing.
However, Lautaro Martinez is in high demand after delivering for Conte’s Inter Milan team throughout the season.
He is also reportedly on the scoutling list of Chelsea and Manchester United as well.Â
Barcelona currently have Luis Suarez and Ansu Fati as their recognized first team central strikers with Antoine Griezmann having to play out wide.
However, Suarez is 33 year-old photo and is currently out for 4 months. Fati is a teenager who is definitely not ready to shoulder the first team striker responsibilities at Nou Camp.
This is what has made the signing of Martinez a priority and it seems Barcelona are pulling out all stops to get their man.
They have put out a €70m cash plus 2 players offer for Martinez and the ball is now in Inter’s court to decide whether they want the money and Arturo Vidal and Nelson Semedo in exchange for letting go of their star forward.
From Inter’s point of view, they already have a natural scorer in Lukaku and the deal would seem ideal as Conte is supposedly a huge fan of Vidal as well!
