Bayern Munich director denies Lewandowski transfer rumours to Barcelona

Lewandowski’s current deal with Bayern expires at the end of next season.

Robert Lewandowski made headlines about his future at Baye rn Munich. There were some rumours that he will move to Barcelona in the summer.

The reports suggest that he has already agreed on personal terms with Barcelona over a potential move in the summer.

Lewandowski’s current deal with Bayern expires at the end of next season. The Polland international has no intention of continuing his spell at Allianz Arena.

However, in an interview with PrimeVideo, the Bayern Munich chairman has squashed rumours of Bayern selling Lewandowski in the summer.

Kahn told PrimeVideo (h/t Fabrizio Romano), “We’ll definitely have him with us for another season. We’re not crazy to discuss a transfer of a player who scores 30-40 goals for us every season.

Kahn and sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic have both been criticised for their questionable signings that have not been able to make an impact at Bayern.

Barcelona are not likely to give up easily, and are reportedly ready to match Bayern’s contract extension offer.
