Philippe Coutinho feels quite confidents about his decision to move to Bayern Munich for the season. The 27 year old was loaned by Barcelona to Bayern Munich and he joined the latter last summer.
Looking for game time after a troublesome 2018/19 battle at Barcelona, Coutinho did the change to Bayern the previous summer on a year advance arrangement. Coutinho had made a 5 and a half year contractual agreement with Barcelona after he look leave from Liverpool last January.
However, at the moment, he is rather happy playing for Bayern Munich and is thinking of extending or even staying back at the club.Â
“It’s planned that I stay a year here. I’m focussing on that time,” said the 27-year-old, who signed a five-and-a-half year deal with Barca when he left Liverpool in January 2018. “I feel good here. If everything goes well, I really would like to stay.”
‘I’m very comfortable,’ said Coutinho. ‘I plan to stay here for the year and I’m focused on my time here. If everything fits, then I’d love to stay.’
Futher, Coutinho is majorly impressed by the management Hansi Flick.
‘We understand his way of training and are playing well,’ he added. ‘Things are going well because of that.
‘Flick makes everyone feel important and we’re happy, but we know there’s a lot of work to do.’
Looks like it Coutinho might actually stay back – good news Bayern Munich fans, maybe?
