Ousmane Dembele cannot play for Barcelona until the end of the season in La Liga.
The French footballer is not able to play in Primera because the club hired and registered Martin Braithwaite in February, after Dembele suffered an injury that took him away from the field for several months.
Even if he is ready to play, the special permission that the Camp Nou team received to hire another player after his injury makes it impossible for Dembele to play in the league.
Dembele will still have the right to play in the Champions League, where he is registered together with the other players, but it is certainly a small consolation because there is a possibility that Barça will play only one more match in this competition.
Dembele played nine games this season before the injury and scored just one goal.
