Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman has blamed his side for not being up to the usual standards of being ruthless.
Koeman has been in charge of Barcelona for six months now after being appointed in the summer. He has had a average stint so far winning some impressive games and losing some obvious ones.
He has now hit out at the players and the club for lacking efficiency and decisiveness to kill off games.
“In the first half, we played well. We controlled the game and we created chances. We tried to score the second goal to finish off the game, but unfortunately, we had no luck.” “The players lack efficiency and decisiveness in front of goal.“We lack someone who can score and create chances inside the box.” said Ronald Koeman.
“I have no comments regarding putting Griezmann on the bench. There are many games to be played and we will need all players available.” “Dembélé is a skilled player who can penetrate through the centre. If he continues like this he will be a starter for sure.” Ronald Koeman finished.
The comments came after Barcelona managed a narrow win over lowly Huesca.
