Elias had earlier said that Messi was crying for a range of things not for Barca.
PSG ace Leo Messi is not happy with the statements made from his previous club Barcelona last week. Argentian’s camp have made it clear they were angered by the comments of Jose Elias about the former Barca superstar.
Elias had earlier said: “Messi wasn’t crying because he wasn’t staying at Barça, but for a range of things.
“He was finishing a cycle. And on top of that, he had made his life in Barcelona with his family.”
Leo’s people are disappointed because he had just won the Copa America and has been scoring goals in the Champions League for PSG. His form is on high despite moving to Paris from Spain.
The Argentina international scored three goals from 4 Champions League fixtures. He also managed to score a goal in Ligue 1. The Argentina captain will now eye World Cup next year after Copa America glory in 2021.
