Barcelona announced the second signing of the day.
The Blaugrana has completed the signing of Andreas Christensen from Chelsea and the defender has penned a four-year contract with the Catalan giants.
This is Barcelona’s second arrival of the day as they earlier announced the signing of Franck Kessie on a free transfer.
The 26-year-old defender decided to not renew his contract his Chelsea and has been linked with a move to Camp Nou for the past few months.
He has a €500 million release clause and will be unveiled on Thursday.

“FC Barcelona and Andreas Bødtker Christensen have reached an agreement for the player to join the Club after his contract with Chelsea FC came to an end.
“The player will sign a contract until 30 June 2026 and his buy out clause will be set at 500 million euros.”
