Setien talks about the upcoming El Clasico tonight and what he thinks about it – along with important injury updates.
“For Real Madrid this game is vital and much more important than it is for us. It is a key and decisive game for them, it’s also important for us but perhaps not as important. It could be a very important day, a victory would give us a lead of five points but in these games the past is quickly forgotten about. I expect a very close game, we’ll see who deserves to win it more,” said the Barca head coach.
As for injuries and team news, Setien talks about Jordi Alba and if Gerard Pique is fit enough to start or not.
“He’s pretty good, and the feelings are positive. We just have to decide with him whether he is going to start or not. We will see. Of course he is confident.
“He has recovered well, he will not have any problems,” added Setien, speaking about Pique.
Martin Braithwaite might also be starting, but there are options laid out in his place as well, according to Setien.
“We do not rule anything out. We have alternatives laid out. We will decide on some things as we go. Hopefully the decisions are valid.”
