Former Barcelona midfielder Xavi feels he is ready to coach “any team in the world” and his point came amid his links with a return to Barcelona dugout.
Xavi is believed to be one of the top candidates to replace Ronald Koeman who is not performing at his level.
Xavi is currently enjoying a successful stint with Qatari side Al-Sadd. He has refused to rule out the possibility of taking the roles at La Blaugrana after initially rejecting an approach from his former club.
Xavi spoke to reports and said: “Yes, I feel ready to coach any team in the world. When they offered me it, I’d only been a coach for three months, but now it’s different.
“I have more experience and I’m learning a lot here. I want to tell everyone that I’m very happy in Qatar and my idea is to keep achieving success with this team.”
His side Al-Sadd recently defeated Al Rayuan in Qatari Cup on Friday. Xavi was a finest Barca player. He has scored 85 goals and 185 assists from 767 games for Barcelona.
