Man United are plotting a move for Brazilian winger Raphinha.
The Red Devils are eyeing a move for the Barcelona winger Raphinha who earlier had a successful spell with Leeds United.
He was one of the best attackers in the Premier League but struggled to stamp his authority since his move to Camp Nou last summer.
The 27-year-old winger has shown flashes of brilliance for the Catalan giants and has managed only two goals and six assists in 16 appearances across all competitions.
But despite his inconsistencies, Raphinha’s stock remains high and several elite European clubs are interested in signing him.
Man United are considering a straight swap deal for Jadon Sancho who is currently frozen out by manager Erik ten Hag.
He remains banished from availing any first-team facilities and the club has formally asked the player to apologise to the manager which Sancho refused.
The winger will lose his spot in the England squad if his situation doesn’t improve in the next few months.
Sancho will likely pursue a new destination during the January transfer window and a move to Camp Nou would be tempting for the England international.
United will welcome the prospect of landing Raphinha but Barcelona will surely be looking for extra funds as part of the exchange.
