Barca will start negotiations for Arthur Vermeeren in the January window opens.
Barcelona are the frontrunners to sign young Royal Antwerp midfielder Arthur Vermeeren. They are leading the race for this young attacker.
Vermeeren has made 43 appearances for Antwerp and he is 18 years old. He could be a future prospect for the club. He featured in all five Champions League group games this season.
The Belgium manager handed him his international debut against Austria in October. According to Fichajes, Liverpool are showing strong interest in him.

Barca will start negotiations in the January window opens. Xavi was keen to add reinforcements in his midfield, alongside Pedri, Ilkay Gundogan and Frenkie de Jong.
Vermeeren is reportedly valued at €20m and Liverpool will try their best to sign the young gun. Reports also state that Premier League leaders Arsenal may also plan a move for the teenager.
