Frenkie de Jong has been linked with a move to Old Trafford as the club needs money to bring in new signings this transfer window.
Robert Lewandowski and Bernardo Silva has been heavily linked with the Catalan giants but their financial situation hampering them to land their targets.
La Liga president Javier Tebas believes Barcelona can still land their targets if they can activate some of their economic levers.
“If Barcelona manages to activate the economic levers, they will be able to sign Lewandowski, Bernardo Silva and some others too,” Tebas said.
“They are approved by the Assembly and now they have to execute them, get a fund that it seems they can get with the tv rights and the sale of BLM.
“They know the numbers and if the levers produce that capacity, there can be those signings and some more.”
