In order to strengthen their team for the upcoming season, Barcelona has established a priority list for the summer transfer window
La Liga has given the Catalans the go-ahead to begin their transfer operations, beginning with departures Prior to filling any other positions, such as central midfield, right-back, left-wing, and center-forward, Xavi has already mentioned the need to sign a pivot.
Although adding a striker is not a top priority, Barcelona still wants to strengthen that position because Robert Lewandowski is the only player in the team without a backup plan. Second, they will need to find a long-term replacement for Lewandowksi because he will turn 35 this year.
Vitor Roque, a Brazilian youngster, is their top contender for the position. Barcelona is reportedly prepared to make a move for the player in the summer, despite their initial hesitation to do so this summer, according to SPORT.

Roque enjoys the support of the technical staff, the scouting department, notably directors Mateu Alemany and Deco, and the coaching staff of Barcelona. The club placed a significant wager on him and is of the opinion that his technical and athletic skills may usher in a new era for the team. Lewandowski’s backup in his first season, Roque, who is still only 18, will eventually be promoted to take over. The athlete feels that he is already prepared to represent the team and move to Europe.
