There has been several reports of the midfielder planning a move to MLS next summer.
His contract with Barcelona expires next summer and has been consistently linked with a move to Inter Miami.
The Barcelona captain remains a key player for Xavi this season but the manager is planning to integrate Frenkie de Jong at the hear of that Barcelona midfield.
The 34-year-old midfielder is adamant that he is yet to make a decision on his future.
“I can’t tell you anything because there’s nothing,” he said while on international duty with Spain.
“There is nothing despite the rumours that have appeared. There is nothing official. I’ll see how I’m doing this season. There is nothing.
“I want to enjoy myself and then I will see. It is clear that I am not 20 years old. A priori, it is the last year of my contract, but things have been made official that are false.”
