Antoine Griezmann To Be Offloaded To Juventus

According to recent reports, Juventus are eyeing up a move for Antoine Griezmann.

Barcelona have failed to get the most out of their £120m investment across two seasons.

With Sergio Aguero coming into the side to partner Lionel Messi in attack, Griezmann’s minutes are bound to drop. Ronald Koeman has mostly played the Frenchman in a centre-forward role which is set to be occupied by Aguero now due to him posessing the more natural traits.

Juventus are also set to bid farewell to Cristiano Ronaldo following the 2020 Euros. They need a marquee forward to take his place and believes Griezmann is that man. Barca defender, Clement Lenglet still believes that Griezmann has a place at Camp Nou.

“He’s an important player for Barcelona,” Lenglet told L’Equipe. “He’s changed games on the right, especially in the Copa del Rey.

“Despite everything, he’s had a good season and he isn’t always judged fairly. He has the label of one of the best players in the world and the bar is set very high for him.”

Griezmann did help The Blaugrana lift the Copa del Rey trophy last term. He is now expected to play a big part for France in the European Championship. If he were to be sold, how much do you think Barca will be able to recoup from his sale?
